If you have profound understanding of sales, trends and what it requires to have the right product package at the right time, then you might be our new Sales Responsible in VERO MODAs dynamic "Never Out of Stock" (NOOS) team.

The departmentVERO MODA NOOS manages all styles that can be replenished, and our mission is to create a trendy and commercial NOOS programme. We are a service oriented department, focused on replenishment and security in the delivery, while constantly optimising and developing tools for follow-up that ultimately contributes to our ambitious growth objectives. We offer a large assortment programme that reflects market demands, and our products are sold in the entire Europe.

The jobAs NOOS Sales Responsible, your primary responsibility is to ensure that our customers always have the right NOOS assortment to offer the end consumer. in their shop. In close collaboration with the local sales teams in our markets, your task is to develop NOOS and thereby, reinforce our position as a strong market leader. Our responsibility is to ensure that our customers are always fully stocked on the strongest styles. You will get a central role in following up on the best-sold styles, continuously creating reports and providing updates on NOOS performance for the benefit of both the customer and the sales team. In addition to participating in and conducting various collection and sales meetings, you will be involved in the sales training of NOOS sales representatives both in Denmark locally and in our markets. In addition to the collaboration with your dedicated colleagues in the department, you will also cooperate closely with Sales Responsible in the entire Europe.

  • Responsible for budgets, including ensuring that budget objectives are met
  • Ensuring that customers are always fully stocked through various follow-up and analysis tools
  • Conducting sales promoting activities in collaboration with the markets
  • Ensuring that the local NOOS sales representatives and sales managers have the necessary product information and performance insights on NOOS
  • Conducting collection meetings
  • Training NOOS sales representatives in the markets
  • Daily contact and sparring with NOOS sales representatives - nationally and internationally
  • Daily sparring with our product team
  • Analysis of product performance on all our markets to optimise sales
  • Comparing performance analysis across markets and customer groups.

  • Solid sales background, preferably as a sales representative, store manager or similar
  • Knowledge of NOOS or other replenishment systems is an advantage
  • Product knowledge and retail understanding
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Super user of the Microsoft Office package.
