About the department

You get the opportunity to join newly established area, working with automation of aseptic processes and new technologies in Manufacturing Development. Our area, Technology Innovation, is a part of a Diabetes Finished Product, Manufacturing Development in Bagsværd, where we develop technologies and support processes in Filling and Inspection.

The position

You will be working as management support in our Technology Innovation department and report to a Director and support a small team of highly engaged people with working places in Bagsværd and Kalundborg. Key tasks will be to maintain and develop the administrative setup, support the two department managers with ad hoc administrative tasks.

Other tasks will be to develop and update financial performance KPIs related to our performance boards and drive the reporting updates.

We work with automation of manufacturing processes and you will be exposed to an innovative environment.

Internship period: 3-6 months

Working hours: Flexible (min. 18 and max. 37 hours a week)

Start date: 1 September 2019

Qualifications

We are looking for an Intern, who is passionate about initiating and driving continuous improvements in an administrative context. You are analytical, structured and comfortable managing your own time and deliverables.

Besides this, personality and drive are key word. You are positive, independent, energetic and flexible. You see solutions instead of problems and you take initiative to implement these solutions. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to make a true difference.

You are currently studying for your master's degree in Business Administration or any other relevant degree. But key is that you are eager to learn about manufacturing and business administration.
