Do you want to fight financial crime and work with securing the banks system against misuse by criminals? We are looking for business developers that will help us developing our compliance solutions and capabilities within Nordea to meet regulatory requirements.

Your future responsibilities

We are a team who develop, implement and improve our sanction solutions. We have recent started to work agile to achieve speed and flexibility. In Nordea we are working agile in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) setup.

Our ambition is to be best in class mitigating financial crime and keep Nordea, our customers and the society safer.

Nordea serves more than 10 million private and around 700 000 corporate customers. Our team works to secure automated sanctions solution for the hole Nordea group.

What you will do?

As a Business Developer in Sanctions development you will be driving development in one or several initiatives. As one of our business developers, you are part of the transformation towards an agile setup to increase our deliveries in our journey to fight financial crime. In this role, you will:
  • Work together with Nordic stakeholders such as business owners to detail business requirements.
  • Drive improvements and development of sanction solutions and processes together with your colleagues.
  • Prioritize the tasks with business stakeholders and drive them through in one or more agile development teams to create the best value
  • Be a strong voice to drive and contribute to our agile transformation within sanctions solutions and beyond.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in teams to ensure that your solutions fit into the bigger picture.

This position is based in Copenhagen. Some travelling within the Nordics will be required.

Who you are

It's an advantage if you've been working within the financial industry before, but not a requirement. Likewise, a university degree within economics or technology.
