We are looking for a Credit Analyst with strong focus on Emerging Markets corporates and sustainability - in all its form. This is an opportunity for you to explore the Emerging Markets corporates with a focus on where investments can make an impact.

In today's world, change is the one thing you can count on. But whatever the future brings, our customers remain at the heart of everything we do.

That's where you come in. Working with dedicated colleagues in an exciting, fast-paced environment, you'll help meet our customers' changing needs.

We aim to be courageous and explorative in our approach to innovating better ways of delivering banking services - anytime, anywhere. This means you'll have many opportunities to learn and grow as you build your career with us. Will you help us lead the way in creating great customer experiences?
Your future responsibilities

You'll join the Research & ESG unit of the Emerging Markets Debt boutique, which is responsible for providing our clients with sustainable investment solutions. We aim to be a leading Emerging Markets Debt team with a clear focus on Sustainability.

What you'll be doing:
  • You will contribute to the overall risk taking in the investment funds by independently building Emerging Markets Quasi-Sovereign and Corporate investment cases, including cash flow modelling
  • As part of all your investment cases, you will conduct Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reviews
  • For our ESG / Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) focused products, you have to be a pioneer by being at the forefront when it comes to Impact analysis in Emerging Markets Corporate Debt
  • In order to conduct your duties you will have to, both independently and with team support, create additional tools that support the investment cases and position them in Emerging Markets Corporate Debt - with emphasis on ESG and sustainability

The role is based in Copenhagen. We are a diverse team of passionate investment professionals with respect for each other's unique contributions.

Who you are

Collaboration. Ownership. Passion. Courage. These are the four key values that guide us in being at our best. We imagine that you enjoy learning and are excited about bringing your ideas to the table. You're dependable, willing to speak up - even when it's difficult - and committed to empowering others.

Your profile and background:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or similar
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience working in a similar position on either Sell-side or Buy-side, preferably investment experience in the Emerging Markets Corporate universe (e.g. JPM CEMBI) or 3-5 years' experience in a Responsible Investment / ESG team with a clear desire to train in credit analysis. Experience in analysing corporates in the light of their contribution to the SDGs would be an asset
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and capable of building and maintaining strong relationships, as well as strong communication skills, both on a high level and a detailed level, and ability to bring this forward and present new ideas to stakeholders and customers
  • Analytical mindset, with a passion for both the detailed and high-level perspective, passionate team player, who thrives in a diverse team
