Student Assistant to Transaction Banking Market Engagement, Copenhagen

As Student Assistant you will be working in Transaction Banking's (TxB) Market Engagement unit. Your future responsibilities

In this role, you will mainly be supporting our Copenhagen based content team who are responsible for sourcing, producing and delivering TxB's content agenda across all internal and external channels, including the intranet, social media, PR pitches, newsletters and owned internet sites. Our primary purpose is to engage through storytelling across multiple media and ensure high visibility and thought leadership in the Transaction Banking space and internally.

As our Student Assistant you will be a 'jack of all trades' with a varied role that allows you to add your own creative flair and ideas while at the same time providing rock solid support with key execution tasks:

  • Take ownership and responsibility for designing, uploading and sending TxB newsletters and event invitations via the Apsis tool
  • Manage TxB's web platforms including the intranet, nordea.com and TxB Insights (our own web content hub), making regular updates upon request and constantly monitoring that the content is best in class
  • Support with graphic design task for producing one pagers, invites, reports and other material
  • Help deliver new and interesting ways of communicating via videos, podcasts and social media, etc
  • Support with the quick turnaround of articles and stories by arranging and transcribing interviews
  • Have a hands-on approach and be ready to jump in and help where required

You will be based in Copenhagen with occasional travel to Stockholm, and you should expect 15-20 hours work per week.

Your profile and background:

  • Currently in the final year of your bachelor's degree or first year of your master's degree preferably in design, marketing or business administration
  • Knowledge of website or intranet back-ends such as HTML, Tridion, SharePoint or similar web platforms is an advantage
  • Some experience of digital and graphic design and a good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
  • A structured and methodical approach, with an exceptional eye for detail and a willingness to go the extra mile when a deadline is approaching
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Advanced English skills with an interest in writing
  • Service minded, with a hunger to learn and a passion for producing high quality output
