Management Partner to the Head of Commercial Cards and the Head of Cards Customer Processes Management, Copenhagen

We are looking for a strong Management Partner to the Head of Commercial Cards and the Head of Cards Customer Processes Management to work as a strategic partner responsible for driving and coordinating an extensive change agenda while having a firm hand on daily execution. This is an opportunity for you to hands-on make your contribution to the ongoing transformation of the transaction banking industry, while at the same time strengthening Nordea's cards business and building a great Nordic network.

Your future responsibilities

You'll work with Commercial Cards and Cards Customer Processes Management, where we are responsible for all card related services for Nordea's private and corporate customers. Commercial Cards is responsible for securing a relevant card offering to our commercial customers by managing existing products and services along with securing implementation of new product value propositions. Cards Customer Processes Management is responsible for securing that Nordea's customers can use their card products at all time, by implementing control and structure from an operational and strategic point of view in the Cards value chain.

What you'll be doing:
  • Prepare high quality communication and decision-making material to external and internal stakeholders, making sure that the message is sharp, to-the-point and enables sound decision making
  • Lead and support tactical and strategic projects and initiatives and drive the implementation of these
  • Prepare, facilitate and proactively follow-up on management meetings in order to allow efficient execution
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to increase co-operation and improve work flow across Nordea, Transaction Banking and the Cards organisation
  • Proactively follow-up on budgets, spending and performance and to keep track of key initiatives and projects

Your profile and background:
  • A strategic mindset and proven experience in solving problems
  • A big intrinsic drive, a passion to deliver and excellent ability to prioritize and delivering within short time-frames
  • Excellent communication skills towards stakeholders and ability to motivate colleagues, acting as an informal leader
  • A self-driven, structured professional with project management experience
  • You are a solid team player with high integrity and strong stakeholder management skills
  • You have excellent MS office tools skills and are fluent in English
  • You are fluent in Danish - it is a must
